At Waxdigger, we take pride in the quality of every record we sell. Each item is professionally cleaned, accurately graded, and carefully packaged. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return any item for a refund. To be eligible for a return:
- The record must be in the same condition as when received
- The item must be returned in its original packaging
- You must notify us before sending the item back
How to Return an Item
To initiate a return:
- Contact us through our website with your order number
- Explain the reason for your return
- Wait for our return instructions before sending
- Ship the item back using a tracked service
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or we made an error with your order.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5 working days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
Faulty or Damaged Items
Despite our careful packaging, damage can occasionally occur during transit. If you receive a damaged or faulty item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of the damage
- Keep all packaging materials
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you, including return shipping.
Grading Disputes
We grade all records honestly using industry standards. If you believe an item has been significantly misgraded, please contact us with details. We review each case individually and will offer a partial refund or return if appropriate.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned:
- Items damaged after delivery through customer mishandling
- Items returned without prior authorisation
- Items returned after the 14-day period
Exchanges
Due to the unique nature of secondhand vinyl, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your purchase for a refund and place a new order.
