UK Shipping

We offer fast and secure delivery across the UK using Royal Mail or reliable courier services. Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days after payment is received.

Estimated delivery time: 2–4 working days.

All records are shipped in high-quality mailers with extra reinforcement to keep your wax safe in transit.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. International delivery times vary depending on location, but most orders arrive within 5–14 working days.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. If your country isn’t listed, get in touch and we’ll do our best to help.

Packaging

We take packaging seriously – all records are sleeved, secured with stiffeners, and shipped in sturdy cardboard mailers. Where possible, we use eco-friendly materials.

Tracking

All orders are sent with proof of postage. Tracked options are available at checkout. If you choose tracked shipping, you’ll receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Customs & Duties

For orders outside the UK, you may be responsible for customs charges or import duties in your country. These are not included in our prices and are the buyer’s responsibility.
