Our Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be happy with your order
We take great care in grading, packing, and shipping every item – but if something’s not right, we’re here to help.
Returns
If you’ve received a damaged item or something different from what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of delivery via [email protected] with your order number and a description (or photo) of the issue.
Returns are accepted for:
- Incorrect items sent
- Items damaged in transit
- Major grading issues not stated in the listing
We do not accept returns based on personal dislike of the music or minor cosmetic wear that’s already reflected in the grading.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll process a refund to your original payment method. Please allow a few days for the funds to appear in your account.
If the issue was our fault, we’ll also refund your return postage costs.
Exchanges
Due to the unique nature of our stock, we usually can’t offer direct exchanges – but we’re happy to help you find a replacement or suggest something similar.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns on used accessories like cleaning cloths, stylus brushes, or slipmats unless they’re faulty or damaged on arrival.
